QUESTCURRENT / EDITORIAL STANDARDS
GUIDE / 03 / LAST REVIEWED 04 NOV 2026

Verified facts. Respectful discovery.

We want QuestCurrent to be useful long after the launch hype passes. That requires a clear boundary between evidence, opinion and speculation.

Our fact-checking standard

  1. Verified: a specific official statement, platform listing or first-party document. We link the source and review date.
  2. Analysis: an interpretation of a source, clearly identified as analysis, not a confirmed feature.
  3. Rumour: an unsupported claim. We do not publish it as established fact.
  4. Correction: when official information changes, update the page and date stamp; preserve an editorial change note for consequential corrections.

Spoilers and leaks

No stolen or leaked footage, early-access claims, copyrighted game-file extraction or walkthroughs for content we have not actually verified. We do not permit story-ending spoilers in general community threads. Community submissions are reviewed before publication.

Respect and safety

Do not post personal information about other users, harassment, misleading payment links, piracy instructions, account-trading offers, cheats or exploit recipes. Moderators may reject unsuitable submissions. A report and appeal mechanism must be published before wider community launch.

Sources and intellectual property

Our name and visual identity are independent of Rockstar Games and other publishers. We refer to game titles as factual editorial subjects; that is not an affiliation or authorization to redistribute their art, audio or footage.
